Methods of Payment
Debit and Credit Card
If paying by debit or credit card, WCP Congress 2025 or WCP 2025 will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. The confirmation email is your payment receipt.
Cheque
If you are paying by cheque, include World Congress of Prehabilitation 2025 and the name of the registrant(s) on the cheque and make the cheque payable to “Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc.” in full. Cheques written without the “Inc.” are not accepted by Canadian banks.
Payment is due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
Cancellations one month before the start of the conference (October 2, 2025) will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee. After October 2, a replacement delegate (same category, otherwise difference needs to be paid) is the ONLY option as NO REFUNDS will be processed after that date. Notification of substitution must be made before midnight on October 31.
The World Congress of Prehabilitation reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the event is cancelled for any reason, World Congress liability is limited to the registration fee. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. World Congress will not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
Travel Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation
Please Confirm with the Canadian Embassy or consulate in your country or region if you require a travel visa to enter Canada. Should an entry visa be required, apply early to allow sufficient time for processing. Visa applications are registrants’ own responsibility. Check visa processing times to ensure sufficient time for your application before completing your registration.
If you require an invitation letter, please indicate this during the online registration process and provide the requested details (date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date).
Note: Please note that a letter of invitation can only be issued once you have registered and paid for the Congress.

Insurance and Liability
Participants take part in the World Congress of Prehabilitation at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
